“Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.”

“Good friends are like stars.... You don't always see them, but you know they are always there”

It's hard to flashback to your past, remember all the memories. When you have realized what you had does not last long anymore, you feel the pain full of regrets.

since I moved to U.S. I lost my closest friends in my country. It's still harder when I only said goodbye to them for 3 months of summer, not my whole life. My mom's family live in U.S. my mother was supposed to come here before she got married to my dad and all that stuff. But eventually, love does it's work. So my mom stays & have her family in Iran.

After 10 years waiting for Green-card to come, My family decides to have a "visit" to United states,& that's where my life suddenly changes,(In fact, I need to add, I really didn't want to move here when we were waiting for our interview in Turkey to get the Visa, I was wishing there wouldn't be a way for us to even travel.)

things happens, my dad goes back to Iran, my parents get divorced & we settle down here. For rest of our lives. Sad isn't it? I never had a chance to actually leave correctly, what I mean is, I was desperate, I had lost connection with my friends, I missed them, I had my stuff at our house in Iran which I never thought I would need in 3 months visit.

We all have our ups and downs, right?
